How does Super Fishing work?
Super Fishing connects captains with anglers who request fishing trips through our platform, and pay security deposits to secure their reservation.

We retain this deposit as our commission in case of a successfully booked trip.
We will release the full security deposit to you or to the customer according to your cancellation policy or in the event of bad weather.

How do I set my prices?
Set the same or lower prices as the ones you set on your website or outside of Super Fishing.
How do I receive a booking?
  1. You will receive an email and a text message with the booking request.
  2. Accept or decline the booking request within 24 hours by responding to one of the messages.
  3. If you accept, we will hold a deposit on the guest's credit card and send you their contact details.

How do I contact the customer?
By phone or email. We will send you the guest's contact details after the booking is accepted.
What is the commission rate?
Super.Fishing charges a 10% security deposit that will be retained as our service fee in case of a successfully booked trip. This fee is used to advertise and support your business.

We will release the full security deposit to you or to the customer according to your cancellation policy or in the event of bad weather.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly. Super Fishing retains a security deposit as a commission, and you collect the remaining balance. You can claim the balance within one day, or right before the trip.
What happens if my guest cancels?
Guests who cancel are automatically refunded according to your cancellation policy if the cancellation is made during your free cancellation period.

If the guest cancels outside your free cancellation period, we will send you the full security deposit.
What happens if I cancel?
We will refund the full security deposit to your guests if you cancel the reservation.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We will refund full security deposit to your guests if they won't accept your alternative trip date.
