Super Fishing connects Captains with anglers who request fishing trips through our platform and pay security deposits to secure their reservations.

If a trip is successfully booked, we retain this deposit as our commission. However, depending on your cancellation policy or in the case of inclement weather, we will refund the full security deposit either to the customer or to you.

Set the same as the ones you set on your website or outside of Super Fishing.

By phone or email. After the booking is accepted, we will send you the guest's contact details.

Super Fishing requires a 10% security deposit, which we retain as commission fee when a trip is successfully booked. This fee contributes to advertising efforts and support for your business.

In accordance with your cancellation policy, or in the event of bad weather, we will refund the full security deposit to either you or the customer.

The customer pays you directly. Super Fishing retains a security deposit as commission, and you collect the remaining balance. You can claim the balance within one day or just before the trip begins.

Guests who cancel during the free cancellation period are refunded according to your cancellation policy.

However, if a guest cancels outside of the free cancellation period, the full security deposit will be forwarded to you.

We will refund the full security deposit to your guests if you cancel the reservation.

We will refund the full security deposit to your guests if they don't accept your alternative trip date.
